Disclosure details have been entered into our database from disclosures received. While all efforts have been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information entered in the database, any information derived from data retrieved from our database should be confirmed with the original disclosures lodged (see PDF files).
As a result of changes to our forms for the 2014/2015 period, there are new fields available. These fields are blank in older records as the data was not collected in previous years.
Note:
Some time is required to extract detailed data from disclosures;
an amendment may have been submitted during that time.
The details of the amendment may have yet to be processed.
Refer to the 'Lodged Disclosure' tab for any amendment submitted.
Note:
From 1 January 2016 the system used to process disclosures for reporting periods prior to 2013/2014 will no longer be supported. For this reason disclosures and/or disclosure amendments received for these reporting periods will not be data entered into the system but can be viewed as PDF files. Refer to the ‘Lodged Disclosure’ tab.
